See what’s taking shape at ThinkReservations this fall

Sometimes a product update is exactly what you’ve been waiting for. Other times, it solves a problem you’d almost stopped noticing; the extra step your team takes every day, or the task you keep meaning to find a better way to handle.
That’s what I want us to make room for in Live Updates. Not just what’s new, but what it could mean for your property.
After our first edition in July, we’re coming back for our fall session on Tuesday, November 10, at 2pm ET / 11am PT. I’ll be joining E Scot Fuller, our Director of Product Advocacy, for a live look at what’s new across ThinkReservations, what’s coming next, and how the pieces connect.
It’s free, it’s online, and you don’t have to be a ThinkReservations customer to join.

A BTS look at how we put together Live Updates
Beyond the announcement
There’s a difference between hearing that a new tool exists and understanding where it fits into your day.
A feature might sound useful. But does it help with the way your team actually works? Does it make something easier for your guests? And what would you need to do to start using it?
Those are the kinds of questions we want to explore.
Our July session covered a lot of ground, from Quotes and more personalized guest messaging to payment updates and new ThinkWeb capabilities. Different tools, different needs, but a shared focus on helping the parts of your operation work together.
We’ll keep that conversation going this fall. There’s plenty to share, and perhaps something you weren’t expecting.
What we’ll be talking about
We’ll walk through the latest product announcements across the ThinkReservations system, along with a first look at what’s ahead.
ThinkWeb will be part of the conversation, too, with updates focused on your website and direct bookings. We’ll also explore how AI is helping take work off your plate. That’s a big topic, I know. We’ll focus on the practical side: what it means for the work you’re doing.
And we’re making space for tactics and best practices you can put to use the same day. Because sometimes the most useful takeaway isn’t a major announcement. It’s a small change you can make before your next busy weekend.
We’re also saving a few surprises for the session. I won’t spoil those here.
There will be a giveaway, too, so stick around until the end for a chance to win.
Already a customer? Just getting to know us? You’re welcomed here too.
If you use ThinkReservations today, this is a chance to catch up, look ahead, and spot opportunities to get more out of your system. You don’t need to arrive with a list of features to adopt. One useful idea is a good place to start.
If you’re exploring ThinkReservations, you’ll get a closer look at the system and the people behind it.
You can see how we approach product development, how the tools connect, and how we answer questions from property owners and their teams.
Speaking of questions: bring yours. We’ll have live Q&A with our team, and your questions are an important part of the conversation. Whether you’re curious about an announcement or wondering how something might fit your property, we’d like to hear it.

From the director's chair or from your own desk, make sure you register and tune in
